Cheryl Campbell is one of those rare human resource managers with the ability to bridge the tough divide between employees and employers and leave everyone feeling like a winner. Ms Campbell has been employed by our company for the past two years as Human Resource and Administration Manager.

When she arrived at the company she found a highly disorganized HR department, due to the fact that the company had rapidly grown from eight employees to two hundred and fifty employees. She set up a well-organized department, which can efficiently track any member of staff. She developed a comprehensive staff handbook, which clearly outlined the rules, and regulations governing the company She is also involved in staff training and has spearheaded staff education including an HIV program. Ms Campbell mixes her various roles impartially.
